I've been a member for almost 3 years. I joined to be able to stalk my favorite artists and to showcase some of my own work.

Harry Potter (Slytherin and Snape especially), Hellsing (manga), Sherlock Holmes, the Joker and Harley Quinn, Queen, the Killers, Pride and Prejudice, Pokemon, Ace Attorney, the World Cup, 19th Century England, the Colbert Report, Apocalyptica, The Decemberists, the Classics (as in Greek and Romans)

3. Are you a member of clubs on deviantart based on these interests?
Some. I haven't been paying too much attention to clubs lately.

Yes, I favorite art and writing frequently based off these interests.

People generally like my work. And yes, I get more hits and comments on fan work as opposed to my personal works.

I am a member of facebook and myspace. However, I only use facebook these days.

Oh yes.

Yes. I am a member of two Harry Potter fansites.

Yes I do. The reason being that I am always looking for people with the same interests as that usually leads to exclusive conversations with these said people about a subject I enjoy very much. It also may lead to friendship which gives me a sense of belonging to the world.

I joined devianart because it was reccomended to me, but also all the inspiring work, encouraged me to just give in and give a go at posting myself. I have also been a member just over a year now.

2. Can you give me a list of what you are a fan of?
Doctor Who (Especially Donna Knoble, Jack Harkness && The Doctor), Harry Potter (Sirius Black), Torchwood (Jack Harkness, Ianto Jones), Kingdom Hearts (Sora, Axel, Riku, Roxas), Heroes (Peter, Nathan, Sylar), Final Fantasy (Cloud, Zack), Batman (Batman, Joker), Pirates of the Caribbean (Captain Will Turner, Captain Jack Sparrow), Disney (Cars, Toy Story, Lion King, 101 Dalmatians), Twilight (Alice, Jacob, Emmet), Fall Out Boy, Michael Jacksons old music. Yes, often, but sometimes if a piece intrigues me i will view it, and then if i like it furthur i will fav' it and maybe investigate if it is a fanart

Most of my drawn work is sometimes a fan-based drawing/ painting, but i do mostly photography, although they include my interests sometimes.

Well my work isn't that popular, but i usually get hits on personal work, because most of my gallery is photographs.

I am in many fangroups, directed at the actors of some of the programs from my interests, but also games and movies.

Yes i visit them daily, depending on what my current obsession is XD
I am also a member of a fanfiction site, and a purely Doctor Who fanfiction site. And a few years ago, i was very involved in a Harry Potter board.

I love meeting others wo have the same interests , because you can freely, and openly talk to them about what entertains you. Also, you can fangirl about stuff, with other fellow females Plus you can have animated conversations without feeling embarrased about liking that, or without fear of being insulted. And finally,, if you both enjoy something, then maybe you can both createfan-base work together

I had originally joined a site called ‘Elfwood’ which was fun and all but not didn’t have a sense of community about it, you couldn’t really have conversations with anyone or really get to know them. I cant for the life of me remember how I came across DA but it looked much better than Elfwood and Ive been here ever since. YES! It's a great way to have new freinds, talk about something you like (and other things you don't like so much *COUGH TWILIGHT* COUGH*). When you can share your opinions and interest with others, you can see thing in another perspective, and that's nice!.
